How the Program Works

RAW: Stand in Your Worth is a 12-week, trauma-informed, one-on-one program for people who are tired of relationships that feel one-sided—where you give everything and still feel unseen, unsupported, or emotionally exhausted. Whether you’re in recovery, healing from past relationships, or stuck in a cycle of choosing partners who can’t meet you, this work helps you stop repeating the pattern and start choosing yourself.


We meet weekly for two hours (in person or on Zoom). Each week includes a short video education intro so you understand what you’re stepping into, plus a workbook and integration work that turns insight into real-life change. This isn’t a place to just “dump emotions.” It’s structured, practical, and built to help you apply what you learn in your actual relationships.


In 12 weeks, you’ll work toward:
•    Understanding your relationship patterns (and where they come from)
•    Breaking the pattern cycle and choosing differently
•    Ending over-giving and self-abandonment
•    Setting boundaries and communicating clearly without guilt
•    Creating deeper intimacy without losing yourself
•    Developing unshakable self-worth
•    Transforming how you show up in all relationships—romantic, family, and work

I’ve been where you are—stuck in patterns that don’t serve you. Overgiving. Choosing the wrong people. Wondering why love feels so hard.

I’m trauma-informed with 25+ years in addiction treatment and a BA in Behavioral Health + MBA. But the real shift in my own life happened when I combined practical psychology with nervous system support, energy work, and meditation—and finally learned how to break the cycle instead of just understanding it.

Because it changed my life first. I had to learn how to love myself, trust myself, and stop self-abandoning before I could help anyone else do the same.
