Personal Journey:


I didn't just study behavioral health - I lived it. My own battles with addiction, depression, and eating disorders led me to discover that traditional therapy, while essential, wasn't enough for lasting transformation. The holistic tools I now teach are the same ones that saved my life and sustained my recovery.
