Holidays Season Blues

Hi friends,

This time of year, everywhere you look, there’s pressure to be cheerful and festive. But for a lot of us—including me—it’s not that simple. I want to be real with you: I struggle with depression and Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), and the holidays often make it harder. Between grief, the weight of expectations, and just trying to keep up, it can feel like a battle to get through each day.

Some days, depression tells me to push people away. Sometimes it makes me forget things or feel like I’m just going through the motions. I know I’m not alone in this, and if you relate, I see you. You’re not failing because it’s hard. You’re surviving—and that’s enough.

Feeling energetically drained? Try this:

Get your bare feet on the earth for just 5 minutes. Grass, dirt, sand—whatever you have access to.

SCORPIO SEASON: THE ALCHEMY OF YOUR OWN TRANSFORMATION

Scorpio season arrives like a wake-up call you didn't ask for but desperately need.

From October 22nd through November 21st, the sun moves through Scorpio's territory, and with it comes an invitation—or more accurately, a demand—to go deeper. Not the surface-level "self-care" kind of deep. The kind that requires you to look at the parts of yourself you've been avoiding, the wounds you've been numbing, and the power you've been giving away.

This year has already tested you. Maybe you've navigated loss, faced hard truths about relationships, or realized that the life you've been living isn't actually the life you want. If you're exhausted from pretending everything's fine, Scorpio season understands. It's here to tell you that you don't have to pretend anymore.

Scorpio doesn't do shallow. This sign is known for its intensity, its ability to see through BS, and its refusal to accept anything less than truth. While…
