Service Description

Unlike a traditional Reiki session, Spirit-Guided Healing is not based on a set process. We begin with what you’re experiencing or what you’d like support around, and allow the session to unfold from there. Energy work is combined with intuitive guidance to explore what may be beneath the surface. Depending on what emerges, the session may include work around old emotional patterns, inner-child healing, shadow work, self-worth, relationships, grief, or other areas ready for attention. Intuitive information may also come through from spiritual guides, angels, or loved ones in spirit when it supports the healing process. Every session is different because the work meets you where you are.
