You don’t have to arrive feeling calm or knowing exactly what you need. This 60-minute Reiki session at Wholehearted Studio offers space to pause, receive support, and reconnect with yourself. Led by Melissa Bishop, Reiki Master Practitioner, your session begins with a brief conversation about how you’re feeling and what you’d like support with. You’ll then rest fully clothed while Melissa offers gentle Reiki energy work, with your comfort and preferences guiding the experience. Whether you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or simply need time for yourself, you’re welcome to come as you are. There is nothing to perform, achieve, or get right—just room to rest and notice what comes forward for you.
